Last week, that second sun was shattered by PuCk, causing a copious rain of flame to fall upon the planet, turning into fiery beasts that ravaged the countryside.
It was evening. The first sun had just set and the darkness was shaded by a crimson tint that gave the world a look of danger, of warning. A figure of mad colors and multiple hues was seen rising into the sky, looming up behind the image of the red second sun. Witnesses say that it was a vision of pUcK in the night.
A moment later the form reached back an enormous limb, and then his fist went crashing into the fiery crimson second sun. There was an ear-shattering crack which resounded across the entire planet. The world shook, and flames filled the sky. And then those flames began to fall.
They crashed into the earth over and over like enormous amber rockets, each one feeling like the impact of an earthquake. Wherever they fell, enormous beast of flame and fire arose, leaping quickly from their nursery craters to descend on villages and towns, spreading death everywhere.
After a week of violence the army has been able to get these fire creatures under control to some extent using ice wands and water bending. However they have not been able to completely eliminate the effect and hideous beasts of flame and death continue to ravage the countryside.
Water Catastrophe
The problem with the falling fire and the flaming beasts has been exacerbated by a water shortage, caused by a mysterious series of Fae-inspired events.
On Sunday, the air of the tavern grew hot, filled with crackling and sizzling. The tavern seemed to melt, everything inside, even wood began to dissolve. The patrons were panicked until they saw a bright light. With no hesitation they charged toward it, which brought them to a barren land with little to no vegetation occupying the country. To make matters worse there was an enemy.
An army of “flaming dead people,” Daloki stated in an interview. With no water anywhere in sight, fighting the zombies became increasingly difficult for the patrons of the tavern, among them were Rae, Daloki, and Zane. They cut the bodies of the zombies but it seemed that they only piled up. Raelin had flown around in search of some type of water. Meanwhile, Zane and the others were being surrounded by the legion of undead. They were back into a circle, trying desperately to fight them off. Zane began to lift the group into the air with a cyclone to get away from the flaming zombies.
Apparently the people that inhabited the area had been punching into the water supplies to fight the undead. Soon, Raelin had found water in a hole. In the water was a canister, and as she began to heat the water, the canister exploded, causing a tidal wave that washed away all the undead, which also came down upon the cyclone containing the patrons of the tavern.
As the fiery zombies went out, they stopped cold. But the tidal wave had caused the separation of the group, the wounded members almost drowned. But shortly after they all met up again and tried to figure a way back to the tavern. No one seemed to have an idea because no one knew where they were.
But with the unexpected arrival of Wyld, one member of the well know Triat, he made a deal with Zane, stating that if he did Wyld’s laundry, then he would return them to the tavern. In an interview, Zane said that he felt “weird and confused” by the deal. And also rather appalled by some of the items on the laundry list.
Blood Lust Orgies of the Fire Fae
Recently, yet another series of phenomena has appeared to those the patrons of the Blue Moon Tavern. It all seems to begin with a thumping rhythm, slow and steady, that eventually works itself into a frenzy that drives those in the tavern to begin reacting to incredible feelings of lust, of both the blood and body. Although it hasn’t been revealed what this ritual is used for, any who frequent the tavern are advised strongly to avoid these strange dances.
Love In a Time of War
It has been brought to our attention that although love typically blooms in the spring, apparently it has not come to wither in the autumn.
Sometime during the Fae war, two star crossed individuals met, and found friendship. The friendship between Amaranta St. Clair and Daniel Plainview carried on even through the chaos of the fall of Consequence. This friendship then developed into something much deeper.
Then as of last week, a very special turn of events came to pass. After a wild adventure with her friend Miss Laryka Dior, Amaranta was pulled to the side by her beloved Daniel Plainview and asked for her hand in marriage. She gleefully accepted. As of now, the date for the nuptials has not been set.
Towers of Insanity
The towers of insanity, insane twisted buildings of madness and disorder that plague the countryside. They are mysterious, cheap ray ban sunglasses , strange, and dangerous. The following is what we know about them so far.
There were originally 13 towers. They appeared during a storm of rainbow comets that occurred just before the first major invasion of the Fae war.
Of the 13 towers, 8 Have fallen and 7 are still standing. Each of the 8 towers fell after a dream mission, an event centered on the Blue Moon Tavern in which a prominent member of Hellifyno society had their dreams projected onto the real world.
Nobody knows who the final 7 towers are tied to, or if there will be spontaneous dream missions for them as well.
Since the towers fell at the beginning of the Fae war, it is believed that they are tied into both the spontaneous madness that erupts in the population, as well as many of the twisted creatures that fill the armies of the Fae.
Magical theoreticians speculate that the destruction of the towers would result in the destruction of the Fae presence on the planet, although there is almost no direct proof for this hypothesis.
General Madness
A few weeks back there was wild rejoicing as it was believed that a “cure” had been found for Fae madness, the spontaneous insanity that has been erupting in regular citizens since the start of the war. Unfortunately, five days after it was administered the “cure” backfired, causing people to spontaneously bout into random acts of uncontrollable violence.
The solution for that situation was the discovery of mindstone technology. Created by the ancient people of Atlantis, mindstones allow you to pull the insane parts of a persons mind out of their head, leaving them with a general sense of clarity.
As soon as this technology was discovered the planet Hellifyno went into mass production of the stones, producing tens of thousands of them in a matter of days. Selling these stones across the galaxy for 5 gold pieces a pop has actually saved the government of Hellifyno from economic bankruptcy, and allowed them to supply and maintain the armed forces that are trying to resist the Fae presence on the planet.

Children have been disappearing. It’s been happening for weeks now, but late last week, it started to reach epidemic proportions, with thousands of children disappearing from their parents homes, only to wind up walking mindlessly on a path towards the Fae occupied capital of Consequence.
As an answer to the crisis, Lord Executive Tye Sampson tasked Spymaster Raelin Wolvarian Aero to lead a mission into the city, disguised as Fae creatures, to try and save the children, as well as any survivors that may have been trapped there during the invasion.
During the mission, the heroes were treated to a mind bending experience in which the laws of reality were turned so upside down that most of the members of the party spent the entire time alternating between nausea and despair.
After following traces of the missing children through the maddened city, the expedition located a building that was an oily, rainbow black. Inside they fought a pool, where the children of Hellifyno were being dipped into a ghastly goo. As each child was dipped, the goo grew stronger, and larger, while the children were stripped entirely of their humanity, turning into perfect replicas of blond haired, blue eyes Hansel and Gretel children.
After following the path taken by the children, the heroes discovered a large chamber that looked like an enormous washed out hospital room. In it were thousands of survivors, men, women, and children, being held captive by the Fae.
By the time they had arrived however the Fae had already been alerted, and the creature known as Kalina Hala appeared. After sending her minions in to kill as many of the heroes and captive as possible, she was engaged in single combat by Jared Silverhide, Head Marshall of the CDD and commander of Hellifyno’s shock troops.
In a brilliant, bloody, and fateful battle, the two fought ferociously. However Jared’s strength was shattered by the immense force employed by the creature Kalina, and he was eventually overcome by her immense powers. However, his defeat bought the rest of the party time to rescue over ten thousands captives that had been held by the Fae for over two months.
The conflict ended with all of the heroes escaping relatively unharmed, that is, except for Jared. Head Marshall of the CDD, commander of the army, Jared was taken into captivity to be tortured by the creature Kalina.
The Sacrifice of Jared Silverhide
Just three days after Jared Silverhide’s capture by the vicious beast Kalina, screens suddenly appeared across the planet of Hellifyno, popping up out of the most unlikely places, floating in the air, hovering on winds of impossibility.
These screens showed a horrific scene, an image of the creature Kalina, and of the hero Jared. For almost an hour, the screens depicted the brutal torture, humiliation, and dismemberment of Jared as Kalina delighted in destroying and torturing his broken body.

After one such attack, a group of determined warriors managed to follow the Jared clone back to its home in the woods.
